Jacqueline DiStefano was appointed vice president for finance and chief financial officer of St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. She was vice president for finance and administration at the State University of New York at New Paltz.
Earlier in her career, DiStefano held administrative positions in finance at the University of Albany, Excelsior College, and Skidmore College.
Lisa Dorin was named deputy director for curatorial affairs at the Williams College Museum of Art in Williamstown, Massachusetts. She was the associate curator of contemporary art at the Art Institute of Chicago.
Dorin is a graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz. She holds a master’s degree in art history from Williams College.
Laura W. Rugless was appointed executive director of equity and access in the department of human resources at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She was the equal employment opportunity and employees relations manager for the Virginia Department of Health.
Rugless earned a bachelor’s degree in Russian and international studies and a law degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Houston holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in counseling and educational psychology from the University of Nevada at Reno.

Goette holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Texas.
Terri Ventress was named senior design engineer at the New Product Development Center at Oklahoma State University. She is the first chemical engineer to work for the center that helps small manufacturers bring new products to market.
Ventress holds bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University.
