Kimberly Chestnut was appointed vice president for student affairs at the University of Wyoming. She has led the Division of Student Affairs on an interim basis since last September. In 2018, Dr. Chestnut was named dean of students at the University of Wyoming. Earlier, she was the assistant vice president for student affairs at West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Chestnut is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she majored in psychology. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from George Washington University, and a second master’s degree and a doctorate in education from Widener University in Pennsylvania.
Artanya Wesley was appointed vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She was served in the role on an interim basis since last July. Dr. Wesley joined the university in July 2016 as dean of students. Earlier, she served as a senior academic planner for student affairs in the Office of Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Student Success for the University of Wisconsin System.
Dr. Wesley earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counselor education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Capella University.
Tina McEntire will become the vice chancellor for enrollment management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro on June 1. She has been serving as director of enrollment management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has been on the staff at UNCC since 1994.
McEntire holds a bachelor’s degree and a master of public affairs degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Dr. Wilkins is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, where she majored in physics. She holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Anderson holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

Brand earned a bachelor’s degree in French and international relations, with a minor in history, at the University of Delaware.

Dr. Parrillo earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. She holds a master’s degree in psychological counseling from Teacher’s College at Columbia University and a doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Georgia.

Dr. Buban is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she majored in history. She hold a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and a Ph.D. in educational studies from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
