A Western Illinois University administrator for nearly three decades, Dr. Mindrup has served as interim president since April. Her official appointment makes her the university's first-ever woman president.

Dr. Frazer was a tenured professor of English at Western Illinois University for more than two decades. After her retirement, she was an elected member of the New Hampshire State House of Representatives for three terms.
Dr. Villanueva currently serves as dean of the College of Innovation and Design at Texas A&M University Commerce where she has worked for over two decades. She will assume her new position as provost of the University of North Carolina at Asheville this summer.
Dr. Morris currently is the compliance officer at Joliet Junior College in Illinois. Prior to joining Joliet Junior College in 2018, she was vice president of student services at Illinois Central College. Earlier, she was on the staff at Illinois Valley Community College for 13 years.
The five women awarded tenure at in the College of Arts and Sciences at Western Illinois University in Macomb are Magdelyn Helwig and Alisha White in English, Kimberly Rice in political science, Kathy McGuire in psychology, and Christina Davis in sociology and anthropology.
Bonnie Cramond is a professor of gifted and creative education in the department of educational psychology in the College of Education at the University of Georgia. She received the Lifetime Achievement Award for her research and contributions to the betterment of society.
Lori Sundberg will become the fifth president of the community college on August 1. Dr. Sundberg currently serves as president of Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, Illinois. She became president of the college in 2010 after serving as vice president for academic services and vice president for administrative services.

Carol DeRolf joined the staff at the Child Study Center at Old Dominion University in 1974. There she was a preschool teacher and instructor for childhood education students at the university. She retired from teaching in 2011 after 37 years at the Child Study Center.
