Anneliese A. Singh was appointed professor in the School of Social Work at Tulane University in New Orleans with a joint position in the department of psychology. She will also serve as associate provost for diversity and faculty development, effective July 20. Dr. Singh currently serves as a professor and associate dean for diversity, equity and inclusion in the College of Education at the University of Georgia.
Professor Singh earned a bachelor’s degree in political science/environmental studies with a minor in women’s studies at Tulane. She received a master’s degree in professional counseling and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Georgia State University.
Stefani Gomez is the new director of the Cressman Library at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She was an assistant professor of library instruction and research services and chaired the information literacy committee at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she held the position of reference and collection development librarian at the Allentown Public Library.
Dr. Gomez is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in English language and literature. She holds a master of library and information science degree and a Ph.D. in communication from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Debra Cohn was named a Provost Professor at Indiana University in Bloomington. The Provost Professor position, called Chancellor’s Professor when it was created in 1995, honors those who have achieved local, national and international distinction in both teaching and research/creative activity. She is a professor of Spanish and Portuguese.
Dr. Cohn is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she majored in Spanish literature. She holds a Ph.D. in Hispanic studies from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Guerra is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, where she majored in education. She holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Connolly is a graduate of the University of Miami in Florida, where she majored in biology. She holds a master’s degree and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Dr. Moseley is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where she majored in mathematics and government. She holds a Ph.D. in political science from Yale University.
