Sarah Crawford-Parker has been named director of the university honors program in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Kansas. She currently serves as assistant vice provost for the Office of First-Year Experience at the university.
Dr. Crawford-Parker is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas where she double majored in art history and history. She holds a master’s degree and Ph.D. both in history of art from the University of Kansas.
Amie Frame has been named research associate and grant writer in the Indiana University Innovation and Commercialization Office. Her new duties include matching grant opportunities to the interests of university researchers and reviewing and editing grant application packages for external funding.
Frame holds a master’s degree in public health from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Umbreen Bhatti has been named the Constance Hess Williams ’66 Director of the Athena Center for Leadership Studies at Barnard College in New York City. She most recently served as director of the in-house innovation lab at KQED, the Bay Area’s Public Broadcasting System station.
Bhatti is a graduate of Barnard College where she majored in political science. She holds a juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School.

Dr. Pumariega holds a master of education degree in educational leadership and administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Ph.D. in community college leadership.

She holds a master’s degree in organizational management and a professional in human resources certificate.

Ferreira is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she earned degrees in Afro-American studies and legal studies. She holds a juris doctorate from Boston College Law School.

Dr. McDonald is a graduate of the University of Utah where she majored in biology. She holds a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from Ohio State University and a doctorate from the University of Utah’s department of educational leadership and policy.

Washington is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in economics. She holds a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Offiong holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA both from Northeastern University in Boston.

Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in writing and literature from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.

Dunham is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, where she double majored in psychology and public administration. She holds a master’s degree in college student development from Kansas State University.
