Ann Bieber Appointed President of Lehigh Carbon Community College in Pennsylvania

The board of trustees of Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, has announced that it has selected Ann D. Bieber as the college’s next president. The community college near Allentown, enrolls about 7,300 students. Women make up 60 percent of the student body.

Dr. Bieber has been with the college since 1981 and has been serving as interim president since December. Previously, she was senior vice president of administrative services.

President Bieber is a graduate of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She holds a master’s degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Capella University.
