With over three decades of higher education experience, Wendy Waugh has been serving as vice president of academic affairs at Peru State College. She will become the college's interim president on December 2.

Dr. Ivy was recognized by The White House for her outstanding background in community service. She is known for creating the U.S. to Uganda Connections Program, an international initiative that uses technology to inspire and empower youth through educational exchanges and leadership development.
Dr. St. Germain joined Capella University in 2017 as provost. Earlier she was the executive dean at the University of Phoenix and vice president, dean, and professor of criminal justice for the American Public University System. She will become president of the university in September.
Dr. Rhine has 30 years of experience in higher education at both the community college and university level. Currently, she serves as the provost and chief operating officer of the Chesapeake Campus at Tidewater Community College in Virginia.
Dr. Brimhall has been on the staff at the college for nearly two decades. Since 2014, she has served as vice president of academic affairs and chief academic officer. Earlier, Dr. Brimhall has dean of enrollment management, interim provost, and associate vice president of academic and student affairs.
Dr. Bieber has been with the college since 1981 and has been serving as interim president since December. Previously, she was senior vice president of administrative services. She holds a doctorate from Capella University.
