The University of Arkansas has announced the appointment of two women who will serve as directors or employer relations for two of the university’s colleges.
Donna Graham was named director of employer relations for the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food, and Life Sciences. She was an associate manager for Coach Stores.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in human environmental sciences from the University of Arkansas.
Erica Estes will direct employer relations for the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences. She previously held two different positions with the university’s Career Development Center. She joined the university’s staff in 2007 after working in Baltimore in foster care and domestic violence prevention programs.
Estes holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Arkansas.
