Dr. Sortino comes to her new role after nearly a decade with Gwynedd Mercy University in Pennsylvania, where she most recently served as dean of the School of Business and Education.
Dr. Burillo-Hopkins comes to her new presidency after over three decades of higher education experience. Most recently, she served as vice chancellor for workforce instruction for the Houston Community College System, and president of the community college's Southwest campuses.
Dr. St. Germain joined Capella University in 2017 as provost. Earlier she was the executive dean at the University of Phoenix and vice president, dean, and professor of criminal justice for the American Public University System. She will become president of the university in September.
Alena Allen has been named interim dean of the School of Law at the University of Arkansas. Kim Creamer will serve as dean of education and social/behavioral sciences. at Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina, and Raelene Brooks was appointed dean of nursing at the University of Phoenix.
Before being named interim chancellor of the Anderson campus this past summer, Dr. Anderson was vice chancellor for academic affairs at the Muncie campus of Ivy Tech. She has been with Ivy Tech for more than 12 years.
Erica Harden began her career at the college in 1990 as director of public relations and marketing and has since held roles as director of admissions, executive director of student affairs, and vice president of academic and student affairs. Most recently, she has served as executive vice president.
