A new study led by Oriana Aragón, an assistant professor of marketing in the College of Business at the University of Cincinnati, finds that professors in the gender minority of university academic departments tend to receive lower scores in their performance evaluations because of gender bias.
Helen Zaikina-Montgomery came to the college in 2019 as the director of assessment and institutional research. She was appointed interim president in May 2021. She previously taught at Grand Canyon University and Nevada State College.
Dr. Gable has been serving for the past five years as vice president of student services at Grossmont College. She served for eight months in 2019 and 2020 as interim president of San Diego Miramar College. Dr. Haynes became president of California State University, San Marcos in 2004. At the time, the university only enrolled 7,000 students, but under her leadership she more than doubled that number.
