Jennifer Santoro is the new director of the Career Center at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. She most recently served as the Campus Director of Career Services for the Charleston campus of East Coast Polytechnic Institute.
Santoro holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in integrated marking and management communication, both from Florida State University.
Brenda Tindal is the inaugural chief campus curator for Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Tindal has been serving as the executive director of Harvard Museums of Science and Culture. Earlier, she was the founding director of education and engagement for the International African American Museum in Charleston, South Carolina.
Tindal earned a bachelor’s degree in history and Africana studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a master’s degree in American studies from Emory University in Atlanta.
Stephanie A. Walker was appointed vice president for enrollment management at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She was previously the assistant dean for enrollment management for the School of Professional Studies at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. Earlier, Walker was vice president for enrollment management at Manor College in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, and director of admissions for Bryn Athyn College in Pennsylvania.
Walker is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina, where she majored in political science and philosophy. She holds a master’s degree from Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Erin Poff has been named the director of finance and administration at the Institute for Critical Technology and Applied Science at Virginia Tech. She was the assistant dean for administration and finance at the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design at the university.
Poff holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and a master’s degree in public administration from Virginia Tech. She is currently working toward a second master’s degree in information technology.
Anna Ponder was appointed vice president for alumni, development, and communications at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. Dr. Ponder was vice chancellor for advancement at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.
Dr. Ponder earned a bachelor’s degree in French language and European history from Spelman College in Atlanta. She holds a master’s degree in international economics and African studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a Ph.D. in political science from Yale University.
Lisa Weingarth has been named to the newly created role of senior adviser for St. Louis initiatives in the Office of the Chancellor at Washington University in St. Louis. She has been serving as vice president of external affairs at the St. Louis-based nonprofit Rung for Women. Weingarth is the former executive director of the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis. Weingarth previously worked at Washington University, serving as a senior associate director of advancement for the Olin Business School from 2014 to 2016.
Weingarth is a graduate of the University-Columbia-Missouri, where she majored in journalism.
Rashonda Austin is the new director of undergraduate admissions at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She has served as interim director of undergraduate admissions since June 2022. Earlier, Austin served as associate director of undergraduate admissions since 2019.
Austin earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Stephanie Gibson was appointed director of the John and Geraldine Lilley Museum of Art at the University of Nevada, Reno. She was most recently the assistant director for Nevada Humanities. Earlier, she worked at several museums in Canada.
Gibson holds a bachelor’s degree in art and culture from Western University in London, Ontario. She earned a master’s degree in art history from Concordia University in Montreal.
Cheryl Noviski is the new vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. Noviski is the former controller, then vice president of finance and administration, and chief financial officer for Notre Dame College in Cleveland. Most recently, Noviski served as the chief financial officer for Walsh Jesuit High School.
An alumna of Kent State University in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Noviski plans to graduate this May from Ursuline College with a master’s degree in theological and pastoral studies.
