Wendy D. Stouffer was promoted to executive director of the scholarship and financial aid office at the University of Arkansas. She was serving as director of academic scholarships at the university.
Stouffer is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Tracy W. Barlok was appointed vice president for development and alumni relations at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She will assume her new post on July 9. She has been serving as associate vice president for advancement at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Previously, she was a development officer for 10 years at her alma mater, Colgate University.
Paola Morsiani was chosen as the seventh director of the Neuberger Museum of Art of Purchase College in New York. The appointment is effective July 1. Currently, Morsiani serves as curator of contemporary art at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
A graduate of the University of Padua in Italy, Morsiani earned a master’s degree in arts administration from New York University.
Patricia Perillo was named vice president for student affairs at Virginia Tech. Her appointment is effective on August 1. She has been serving as associate dean of students at Davidson College in North Carolina. Previously, she was assistant vice president for student affairs and director of student life at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Dr. Perillo holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Delaware. She earned a Ph.D. in public and community health from the University of Maryland.

Professor Cozzens is a summa cum laude graduate of Michigan State University. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Columbia University.

A graduate of Colorado Mountain College, Wattum holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Alaska.

Utech holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Oakland University.

Dr. Huzurbazar is a graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa. She holds a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a Ph.D. in statistics from Colorado State University.

Dr. Cureg is a graduate of Far Eastern University in Manila. She holds a master’s degree and a doctorate from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
