Kara Barber was named assistant director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of North Florida. Jhanna Jean-Louis has been appointed assistant to the vice president for student affairs at Stockton University in Galloway Township, New Jersey. Most recently she was assistant director for student affairs at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Jean-Louis holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master of social work degree from Rutgers University and is currently completing work on an educational doctorate.
Charlotte Kasic was appointed interim director of the Barry Art Museum on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Kasic joined the Barry Art Museum in January 2020 as the manager of museum education and engagement.
Kasic is a graduate of Alfred University in New York. She holds a master of fine arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Tiffany F. Boykin is the new chief compliance and fair practices officer at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland. Dr. Boykin most recently served as dean of student engagement at the college. She joined the college in 2016 as assistant dean of student services.
Dr. Boykin is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where she majored in communication. She earned a master’s degree in communications management from Towson University in Maryland, an educational doctorate from Morgan State University in Baltimore, and a juris doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Kellye Blackburn was appointed director of career services at Grambling State University in Louisiana. She spent the past nine years in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as the senior manager of employability and alumni relations at Abu Dhabi University.
Blackburn is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, where she majored in psychology. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
Episcopal chaplain Reverend Thea Keith-Lucas has been named interim chaplain at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was ordained to the Episcopal priesthood in 2006 and joined the MIT community in 2013.
Rev. Keith-Lucas is a graduate of Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. She holds a master’s degree in theological studies from Harvard Divinity School and a master of divinity degree from the Episcopal Divinity School in New York City.
Pamela Fountain-Roberts has been named director of health services at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. Roberts has been a practicing nurse for over 20 years.

Mary Kreta has been appointed associate vice president for enrollment management at the Univerity of Montana. She has been serving as associate vice chancellor of enrollment management at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Kreta earned a master’s degree in English from Portland State University in Oregon.
Ashana Hurd, the director of professional development in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College, has been named the inaugural assistant dean for professional development and urban outreach. She joined the staff at the college in 2016.
Hurd holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in elementary education from Boston College.
Tomikia LeGrande is the new vice president for strategy, enrollment management, and student success at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. LeGrande has served as vice provost for strategic enrollment management at the university since 2018. Earlier, she served as vice president for strategic enrollment management at the University of Houston-Downtown.
Dr. LeGrande is a graduate of Savannah State University in Georgia, where she majored in chemistry. She earned a master’s degree in chemistry at North Carolina A&T State University and a doctorate in higher education administration from Texas Tech University.
