Harriet Frink Davis was named vice chancellor for institutional advancement at North Carolina Central University in Durham. She was associate vice chancellor for development at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina. Earlier in her career, Dr. Davis was assistant vice president for corporate relations at Hampton University in Virginia.
Dr. Davis holds bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, all from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro.
Kristine Anderson is the new director on online education at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne. She was director of online and distance education at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in communications media, a master’s degree in adult education and communication technology and a doctorate in curriculum and instruction, all from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Mary E. Benjamin was named the inaugural vice chancellor for research at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff. She has served the university since 1992 as vice chancellor for academic affairs.
Dr. Benjamin is a graduate of Tuskegee University in Alabama, where she majored in social studies. She holds a master’s degree in sociology from Atlanta University and a Ph.D. in sociology from Mississippi State University.

Harrelson is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix.

Evan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Dr. Olsen came to the University of Tennessee in 2009. Previously, she served for 12 years as a professor of English at Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee. Dr. Olsen is a graduate of Guilford College in North Carolina and holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in American and twentieth century literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Olsen is the author of Transcending Space: Architectural Places in Works by Henry David Thoreau, E. E. Cummings and John Barth (Bucknell University Press, 2000).

Dr. Glassman joined the staff at the medical center in 1978 and has taught at the College of Nursing since 2007. A graduate of Hunter College in New York City, Dr. Glassman holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the New York University College of Nursing.

Dr. Bryson is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami and an educational doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.

Blake is a graduate of Harvard University and holds an executive MBA from the Harvard University Extension School.
