Dr. Guillory has served as Dillard University's interim president for the past seven months. Her background includes over three decades of higher education administration experience.
Dr. Barabino, president of Olin College of Engineering in Needham, Massachusetts, has conducted extensive research on the understanding of sickle cell disease and orthopedic tissue engineering, as well as advancing diversity and belonging in engineering education and research.
Flickinger served as a professor of biology at Xavier University in Louisiana for nearly five decades. In addition to teaching, she was dedicated to advancing the university's athletics programming, having served as the faculty athletics representative for 36 years.
Dr. Jordan has led St. Mary's College of Maryland for the past 10 years. She has previously held faculty and leadership positions with Xavier University of Louisiana, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and Lewis & Clark College.

Taking on new administrative roles are Margaret Lo at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, Pat Kendrick at Xavier University in New Orleans, Angela Abbott at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, Alejandra “Ale†Sosa Pieroni at Georgia Southern University, Alexis A. Antracoli at the University of Michigan, and Brittney Johnson at Florida A&M University.
The women appointed to provost positions are Nicolle Parsons-Pollard at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Elizabeth Mullenix at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Marguerite S. Giguette at Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans, and Gabby McCutchen at the Scott Northern Campus of Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Dr. McCall has been serving as provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans. Prior to coming to Xavier in 2016, Dr. McCall was dean of the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University in New York.
Marie McDemmond was the first woman to lead Norfolk State University and the first African-American woman to serve as president of a four-year college in Virginia.
