For nearly two decades, Wroe served as a professor of physical therapy at the University of Florida, where she co-founded the department of physical therapy.

Dr. Burch was a professor in the educational doctorate program at Western Kentucky University She served as university provost from 1997 to 2010. Later, she was the faculty representative to the university's board of regents.
The Kenneth Goldstein Award for Lifetime Academic Leadership, bestowed biennially by the American Folklore Society, recognizes outstanding abilities and achievement by a living scholar in academic leadership relating to folklore.

Andrewa at the University of Michigan-Flint, Esther L. Jones at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and Angi Elsea Bourgeois at Mississippi State University.
Dr. Ballman has been serving as dean of the College of Arts and Letters at California State University, San Bernardino. She joined the faculty there in 2013. Earlier, she was a professor of Spanish and special assistant to the provost at California State University, Channel Islands in Camarillo.

On March 1, 2017, Beverly Davenport became the eighth chancellor of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Now 14 months later, she has been placed on administrative leave and will no longer serve as chancellor as of July 1.
Johnson is a University of Kentucky county extension agent for Allen County. Through weekly and monthly television broadcasts she offer education programs focusing on resource management, family development, civic engagement, and nutrition and health.
Since July, Dr. Davenport has been serving as the interim president of the University of Cincinnati. In July 2013, she was appointed senior vice president for academic affairs and provost at the University of Cincinnati. She will begin her new duties at the University of Tennessee on March 1.
Tara J. Schapmire is an assistant professor of general internal medicine at the School of Medicine of the University of Louisville. She also is an affiliated faculty member at the university's School of Social Work. She will serve one-year as president-elect and then become president of the organization in January 2018.
