Three Women Named Finalists for President of Clark College in Vancouver, Washington
Clark College is a state-operated educational institution in Vancouver, Washington, with enrollments of nearly 10,000 students who are mostly in associate degree programs. The college recently announced a field of four finalists for president of the college. Three of the four candidates are women.
Nancee Sorenson Is the New Chancellor of Louisiana State University Eunice
Since 2015, Dr. Sorenson has served as president of Hillsborough Community College, Brandon Campus, in Florida. Earlier, she held several administrative posts and was acting president at Pima Community College in Tuscon, Arizona.

The women taking on the role of provost are Linda Ellen Jones at Western New England University, Erica C. Holmes at Pima Community College in Arizona, Kristen Fragnoli at Finger Lakes Community College in New York, and Carol Helland at Mesabi Range College in Minnesota.
