Since 1997, Dr. Ray-Degges has taught interior design at North Dakota State University. She was recently honored by the International Association of Top Professionals for her career accomplishments as an educator, scholar, and leader in her field.

Dr. Miller, director of choral activities at North Dakota State University for the past 35 years, has received the Weston J. Noble Lifetime Achievement Award from the Midwest Region of the American Choral Directors Association.

President Hanson has served on the staff at the college since 1994 in several capacities. Since November 2022, she has been acting president. Previously, Hanson was vice president of student services and enrollment management during the fall of 2022 and the dean of student services from 2018 to 2022.
