Dr. McColgin, who holds the rank of captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, has been serving as provost and senior vice president for the Educational Services Division at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York.

Ann Marie Murray is retiring this month as president of Herkimer County Community College in New York but will stay in higher education with a post in academic program development in the provost's office of the University at Albany.
