Since 2016, Dr. Littleton-Steib has served as chancellor of Baton Rouge Community College in Louisiana. Earlier in her career, she served in various roles at Delgado Community College including vice chancellor of workforce development and dean of technical education.

Davis has been serving as interim president of Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A graduate of Bennett College, she is the former interim chancellor of the Alabama Community College System.
Debbie Lea to Lead Delgado Community College
Lea has been serving as vice chancellor for academic affairs and provost at the college. She is replacing Monty Sullivan who was appointed chancellor of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. Lea will serve as interim chancellor for at least the rest of the semester.
