The women named deans are Sharrel Pinto at Belmont University in Nashville, Stacey Lowery Bretz at Ohio Northern University, Kristin Gehsmann at Clemson University in South Carolina, Teresa M. Waters at Augusta University in Georgia, Maria P. Gindhart at Marshall University in West Virginia, Elizabeth McDermott at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and Tiffany Sippial at the University of Alabama.
Susan Goldberg was named vice dean a professor of practice at Arizona State University and Kristie Soares has accepted the position of co-director of LGBTQ Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. Also, Jill Wieber Lens is the new associate dean for research and faculty development at the University of Arkansas School of Law and Seretha Williams was appointed chair of the department of English and world languages at Augusta University in Georgia.
Taking on new roles are Ruth McCelland-Nugent at Augusta University in Georgia, Marisa Anne Pagnattaro at the University of Georgia, Janice Nicholson at Mississippi State University, Danielle Dick at Rutgers University in New Jersey, and Sierra Young at Utah State University.
Kamala C. Kiem was appointed associate provost and dean of students at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Jennifer Sullivan was named dean of the Graduate School at Augusta University in Georgia and Tonya Edmond was appointed co-interim dean of the Brown School of social work at Washington University in St. Louis.
