Patricia Borger Is in the Running for President of the Iowa State University Foundation

Patricia A. Borger, vice chancellor of development and alumni relations at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee since 2008, has been identified as one of two finalists for the post of president of the Iowa State University Foundation. She is competing with Roger J. Neuhaus, senior vice president for development and university campaigns at the University of Arizona Foundation.
Prior to joining the administration at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, Borger was assistant vice president of the University of Cincinnati Foundation. Previously, she was a member of the Cincinnati law firm Keating, Muething & Klekamp and was an executive with Fifth Third Bank.
Borger is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she majored in music education. She holds a master’s degree in music history and a juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati.
