Kimberly Conway Dumpson was promoted to vice president for institutional advancement at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne. She was serving for the past seven years as director of alumni affairs at the university.
Dumpson is a graduate of Towson University, where she majored in political science and sociology. She earned her law degree at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.
Amy Myers Jaffe was appointed executive director of energy and sustainability at the University of California at Davis. In this role, she will hold a joint appointment with the Graduate School of Management and the Institute of Transportation Studies. She has been serving as the Wallace S. Wilson Fellow in Energy Studies at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University in Houston, Texas. She has been at Rice for the past 16 years.
A widely recognized expert on the oil industry and global energy policy, Jaffe is a graduate of Princeton University.
Laura Simic was selected as the next vice president for university advancement at Boise State University in Idaho. She will take on her new duties on November 1. She has been serving as the interim vice president for university relations and senior associate vice president of development for Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Previously, she spent nine years as associate vice chancellor for development at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Simic is a graduate of the University of Oregon, where she majored in journalism and public relations. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

Dodd holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master of public administration degree from the University of Wyoming.

Dr. Feng holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Nanjing University in China. She earned a master’s degree at the University of California at Davis and a Ph.D. in bioinorganic chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lamey holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Dr. Baker holds a master of divinity degree from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois, and a Ph.D. in religious and theological studies from Northwestern University. She is the author of Doing Girlfriend Theology: God-Talk With Young Women (Pilgrim Press, 2005) and The Barefoot Way: A Faith Guide for Youth, Young People and the Adults Who Talk With Them (Westminster John Knox Press, 2012).

Dr. Davis is a graduate of Spelman College. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an educational doctorate from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

Dr. Peek holds bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in English from Fordham University.

Professor Greene is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach and the law school at the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Gallimore holds bachelor’s and master’s degree from California State University at Northridge. She earned a Ph.D. in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech.

Dr. Hardee holds a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
