Lee University Hires Two Women to Its Faculty

Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, is sponsored by the Church of God International. It currently has enrollments of about 4,400. About 58 percent of the undergraduate students are women. The university has announced the hiring of six new faculty members. Included among the six new faculty are two women.
Laura Singletary was named an assistant professor of mathematics. Dr. Singletary earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Lee University. She holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Georgia.
Kirstee Williams was appointed an assistant professor of psychology. She was an adjunct faculty member at Loma Linda University in California and Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee..
Dr. Williams is a graduate of Southern Adventist University. She earned master’s and doctoral degrees from Loma Linda University.
