Mamta Motwani Accapadi was named vice provost for university life at the University of Pennsylvania. Since 2013, she has served as vice president for student affairs at Rollins College in Florida. Earlier, she served as dean of student life at Oregon State University for four years.
Dr. Accapadi holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, a master’s degree, and a Ph.D. in higher education administration, all from the University of Texas at Austin.
Akirah Bradley was named vice chancellor of student affairs at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She had been serving in the position on an interim basis since January. Earlier, Dr. Bradley was associate vice chancellor for student affairs and has been employed by the Division of Student Affairs since 2016.
Dr. Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania. She holds a master’s degree in higher education student affairs administration from the University of Vermont, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from the University of California, Davis.

Rebecca L. Brown has been promoted to vice chancellor and chief of staff at Washington University in St. Louis. Brown, who previously served as associate vice chancellor and chief of staff, also will assume the role of secretary to the board of trustees.
A graduate of Purdue University, Brown earned her law degree from the Washington University School of Law.

Mosley earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Iowa.

Widholm earned a master’s degree in art history, theory, and criticism from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Webb is a graduate of Savannah State University in Georgia, where she majored in accounting. She holds a master of public administration degree from Bowie State University in Maryland and is completing an educational doctorate at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama.

Dr. Dade holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental biology and a master’s degree in biology from Texas Tech University. She earned a Ph.D. in environmental science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Bishop is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, where she majored in organizational/interpersonal communications.
