Former Bryn Mawr College President Takes on New Role at the Library of Congress

Jane McAuliffe, the former president of Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, was appointed director of national and international outreach at the Library of Congress. Since 2014, Dr. McAuliffe has served as the director of the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress.
Earlier this year, Dr. McAuliffe was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. In May, she received an honorary degree and gave the commencement address at the University of Notre Dame.
Dr. McAuliffe is a graduate of Trinity College and holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.
