Liliana Rodriguez was named associate dean of diversity, inclusion, and community development at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. She will take on her new role on August 5. She has been serving as director of the Davis Cultural Center at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
Dr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Williams College and holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
Emily Engleschall was promoted to director of undergraduate admissions at the University of California at Riverside. She has been on the staff at the university fo 12 years, most recently serving as interim director of undergraduate admissions.
Engleschall is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where she majored in political science.
Treby Williams was appointed acting executive vice president at Princeton University in New Jersey. She has been serving as assistant vice president for safety and administrative planning. She is the former director of the university’s Office of Development Priorities.
Williams is a graduate of Princeton University and the New York University School of Law.
Kari Alldredge was named director of admissions at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has been on the staff at Oklahoma State University since 2006, most recently as associate director of undergraduate admissions.
Alldredge is a graduate of the University of Idaho, where she majored in public communication. She earned a master’s degree in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University.
Julie Graves was appointed director of development for the School of Public Health at the University of Memphis. Since 2010, she has been assistant director of the university’s Hooks Institute for Social Change.
Graves is a graduate of Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, and holds a master of public affairs degree from Park University in Parkville, Missouri.
Fran Hagstrom was promoted to assistant dean for health professions at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She has been serving as chair of the university’s department of rehabilitation, human resources, and communication disorders. She has served on the faculty since 2002.
Dr. Hagstrom holds master’s degrees from Saint Louis University and the University of Texas Health Science Center. She earned a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from Clark University.
Amy Chasteen Miller was named associate dean for academic affairs in the Colleges of Arts and Letters at the University of Southern Mississippi. She is an associate professor and chair of the department of anthropology and sociology at the university.
Dr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Alabama. She earned a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee and a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Michigan.
Nicole Raimondi was promoted to assistant dean of undergraduate studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee. She has been serving as the director of the university’s Advising First.
Dr. Raimondi is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a doctorate from the College of Human Sciences at Florida State University.
Lesa Hatley Major was named interim dean of the School of Journalism at Indiana University in Bloomington. She has been serving as senior associate dean and will take over her new responsibilities on July 1. Dr. Hatley Major joined the faculty at the school in 2006 and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses.
Dr. Hatley Major holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. She earned a Ph.D. in mass communication and public affairs from Louisiana State University.
Katherine Aiken was appointed interim executive vice president and provost at the University of Idaho. She has been serving as dean of the university’s College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences. She has been on the staff at the university for 25 years and has been dean since 2006.
Dr. Aiken is a graduate of the University of Idaho. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Oregon and a doctorate from Washington State University.
