Two Women Appointed to Dean Positions at Universities

Kristin Hadley has been named dean of the Jerry & Vickie Moyes College of Education at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She has taught at Weber State since 2005 and has served as chair of the Department of Teacher Education since 2013.

Dr. Hadley holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education, a master’s degree in infancy and early childhood, and doctorate in curriculum and instruction all from Utah State University.

Janette M. Braverman is the new dean of the College of Business and Management, External Partnerships at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also serves as a board supervisor for Ozaukee County in Wisconsin. Dean Braverman is a former information technology executive for Harley-Davidson and Rockwell Automation.

Dean Braverman is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, where she majored in computer information systems. She holds a master’s degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University.
