Lori Durden Is the New President of Ogeechee Technical College in Georgia

Lori Durden, the new president of Ogeechee Technical CollegeLori Durden was appointed president of Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia. The college, located west of Savannah, enrolls slightly more than 2,000 students and women make up 68 percent of the student body.

Durden has been acting president since June 30. Previously, she was vice president for economic development at the college. Earlier, Durden served as director of small business development at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.

Durden holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Georgia Southern University.
