Iowa State University Announces Finalists for Senior Vice President of Student Affairs

Iowa State University has announced a field of three finalists for the post of senior vice president for student affairs. All three candidates will visit the Ames campus by February 3 for interviews and a public presentation and forum. One of the three candidates is a woman.
Lori Ressor is vice president for student affairs at the University of North Dakota. She has served in this position since 2011. Earlier in her career, Dr. Ressor was associate vice provost for student success at the University of Kansas.
Dr. Ressor is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where she majored in business management. She holds a master’s degree in higher education from Iowa State University and a doctorate in educational policy from the University of Kansas.
