In Memoriam: Linda Womack, 1951-2015

womackLinda Womack, director of state and government affairs at Emory University in Atlanta, died on February 28 after a brief illness. She was 63 years old.

Womack joined the staff at Emory University in 2000. Previously, she was a state government regional manager for Warner-Lambert pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Warner-Lambert, Womack worked for 17 years in the electric utility industry.

Womack held degrees from Middle Georgia College and Georgia Southern University.
