University of Missouri Moves to Help Students and Faculty With Child Care

missouriThe University of Missouri has announced plans to establish a new child care center on campus. The university plans to offer a private concern a no-cost lease of university land for the construction and operation of the center. In return, the operator of the facility would offer discounted child care rates to university staff, faculty, and students.

A university task forced determined that there was a major need for on-campus child care among faculty and professional staff, as well graduate and professional school students.
