American Association of University Women Honors Santa Clara University’s Linda Alepin

Linda-Alepin_1Linda T. Alepin, the Dean’s Executive Professor of Leadership at Santa Clara University in California, has been selected to receive the Eleanor Roosevelt Fund Award from the American Association of University Women. The Eleanor Roosevelt Fund Award honors an individual, organization, project, or institution for outstanding contributions to equity and education for women and girls. Professor Alepin will accept the award at the AAUW’s National Convention in New Orleans on June 11.

Professor Alepin, a graduate of Stanford University, is co-founder and chair of the Global Women’s Leadership Network.

Linda D. Hallman, executive director of the AAUW, stated “AAUW’s prestigious Eleanor Roosevelt Fund Award this year goes to a woman making great strides to empower women leaders around the world. We are delighted to honor Professor Alepin for her work helping exceptional women leaders transform their communities.”
