Rebecca Tsosie was named a Regents Professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. An expert on American Indian Law, Professor Tsosie has served on the faculty at the law school since 1993. She is the co-author of the textbook, American Indian Law: Native Nations and the Federal System, which is now in its sixth edition.
A native of Los Angeles, Professor Tsosie is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and the UCLA School of Law.
Barbara Guthrie was appointed the Independence Foundation Professor of Nursing at Yale University. She also serves as associate dean for academic affairs at the Yale School of Nursing. Before coming to Yale, she taught at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Guthrie is a graduate of Boston University. She holds a master’s degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and a doctorate in nursing from New York University.
