The College of Business Administration at Kent State University in Ohio has announced that Deborah F. Spake will become its new dean at the beginning of 2013. Dr. Spake has been serving as associate dean and professor of marketing at the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Previously, she has served on the faculty at the University of Alabama, the University of Alabama Birmingham, and Western Michigan University.
Dr. Spake is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Business Research. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Alabama.
