The New Dean of the Business School at the University of Minnesota

Srilata A. Zaheer is the new dean of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Zaheer joined the faculty at the Carlson School in 1999. She holds the Elmer L. Anderson Chair in Global Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to being named interim dean last June, she was associate dean of faculty and research at the Carlson School.

A native of India, she holds a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. She earned a Ph.D. in international management at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
