In Memoriam: Marcia O’Kelly (1934-2012)

Marcia O’Kelly, professor emerita at the University of North Dakota School of Law died last week at her home in Arlington Heights, Illinois. She was 77 years old.

Professor O’Kelly was a native of Indianapolis. She was a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of North Dakota School of Law. She earned a master’s degree in law at George Washington University.

Professor O’Kelly joined the faculty at the University of North Dakota in 1973. She taught there until her retirement in 2001.
