Three Women Join the Faculty of Business School in Texas

The University of Houston-Victoria’s School of Business has eight new faculty members this fall. Of these eight, three are women.

Xiaobo Dong was hired as an assistant professor of accounting. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Albany, part of the State University of New York system. She earned a doctorate in accounting from Arizona State University.

Yingxu Kuang is also a new assistant professor of accounting. She was an assistant professor of accounting at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. She holds a doctorate in accounting from Louisiana Tech University.

Yan Qin was appointed an assistant professor of operations management. She recently completed her doctorate in business administration at the University of Florida.
