The deans are Shawn(ta) Smith-Cruz at Barnard College in New York City, Jan Jurden at Wilmington University in Delaware, Yarneccia Dyson at the University of Houston, Kelly Jouce at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Roxanne Schroeder-Arce at Ohio University.
A full professor of business, Dr. Gruhlke has held several leadership roles over the course of her 17-year-tenure with Dickinson State University, including chair of the School of Business and Administration and dean of the College of Education, Business, and Applied Sciences.
LaVerne Harmon is currently executive vice president at Wilmington University. When she takes office on July 1, she will become the first African American woman to serve as president of a university in the state of Delaware.
Felicia Jones-Haskins was an assistant professor and chair of the Allied Health Program at Wilmington University in Delaware. She recently defended her doctoral dissertation at Widener University.
