After serving as interim president for the past year, Dr. Dillion has been selected to serve as Whittier College's sixteenth president. She has nearly 40 years of experience in higher education.
For the past five years, Dr. Robertson has been serving as a professor of history and provost and vice president for academic affairs at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Earlier, she served as dean of the College of Arts and Humanities at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington.
When she takes office in July 2015, Charlotte Borst will be the first woman to serve as president in the 124-year history of the College of Idaho. Currently, she is vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty at Whittier College in California.
