Dr. Oliveros has been serving as the vice president of institutional equity and research and planning at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento. Earlier, she was was the assistant provost for student success initiatives at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and the executive dean of student development and learning resources at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon.

Dr. Carter has been serving as vice president of student services at the college. Prior to joining the staff at Riverside City College, Dr. Carter was the dean of the School of Business and Technology and a full-time political science faculty member at Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Monica Green Will Be the Fourth President of Norco College in California
Dr. Green has been serving as interim president of Norco College since July 1, 2019. Prior to this role, she was vice president of planning and development at Riverside City College. From 2009 to 2018, Dr. Green served as the dean and later vice president of the Student Services division at Norco College.
