Report Documents the Decline of Child Care Facilities on College Campuses
A study by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research found that the percentage of all community colleges with child care centers on campus declined from 53 percent in 2003 to 44 percent in 2015. At four-year public universities, the percentage of all institutions with on-campus child care centers declined from 55 percent to 49 percent.
More Than One Quarter of U.S. College Students Have Dependent Children
