Dr. Shotton currently serves as acting dean of students and the inaugural vice president of diversity affairs at Fort Lewis College. Prior to assuming her current role in 2022, she spent 14 years as a faculty member and administrator with the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Florez taught educational leadership at Texas A&M University and the University of New Mexico, where she served as dean of the College of Education and Human Sciences.
Dr. Nixon, an expert in the history of the novel, is currently the provost and vice president for academic affairs at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Prior to that, she was the associate provost, English department chair, and graduate program director at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Since 2011, Dr. Barbara Jean Morris has served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Fort Lewis College in Durnago, Colorado. Earlier, she worked for 16 years at the College of the Redlands in California, where she served as professor of government and dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
