Emory University Professor to Be Subject of a New Film Starring Hilary Swank
Deborah Lipstadt is the Dorot Professor of Modern Jewish History and Holocaust Studies at Emory University in Atlanta. Professor Lipstadt’s 2005 book about her libel trial in British courts for accusing David Irving of being a “Holocaust denier” is coming to the big screen.

Three Women in New Teaching Posts
Judith Stein was named a University Distinguished Professor at the City College of New York. Della Price joins the faculty at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, and Aviva Chomsky is spending the current semester as a visiting professor at Pomona College in California.
