For the past 11 years, Dr. Margaret Kasimatis has served as vice provost for strategic planning and educational effectiveness at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She also held a tenured faculty post in the department of educational leadership at the university.
Dr. Holz-Clause has been serving as a tenured professor and dean of the Huntley College of Agriculture at California State Polytechnic University Pomona. Earlier, she was vice president for economic development at the University of Connecticut.
The new deans are Kristie Ogilvie at Meredith College in North Carolina, Jill Dolan at Princeton University, Sara Thompson at the University of Colorado, Cheryl Wyrick at Cal Poly Pomona, Cheryl Healton at New York University, and Gina S. Brown at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
