Here is this week’s news of grants and gifts that may be of particular interest to women in higher education.

Jane Endsley Wilson was appointed dean of the College of Allied Health at the University of Oklahoma. Veronica McComb has been appointed dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Bryant University in Rhode Island, and Erin Klingenberg was named interim dean of student affairs at Valley City State University in North Dakota.

Since 2010 Jose-Marie Griffiths has been serving as vice president for academic affairs at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. She is the former dean of the School of Library and Information Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
