During her 30-year career at the college, Dr. Recinos has held positions in campus operations, admissions, marketing, student development and campus life, disability services, career services, academic advisement, the Office of the Registrar, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, and the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs.
The six women who have been appointed to new academic posts are Andrea Richa at Arizona State University, Eleni Pellazgu at Berkeley College in New Jersey, Kirsten Pai Buick at the University of New Mexico, Fran Hagstrom at the University of Arkansas, Lisa A. Carey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Jane Okech at the University of Vermont.

Dr. Recinos has been an administrator at the college for nearly three decades. When Dr. Recinos began her career at Berkeley College in 1992 she was the director of financial aid for the Woodbridge, New Jersey, campus. She later took on expanded roles in financial aid, technology. and analytics. Most recently, she has been serving as senior vice president for student success.
Rose Mary Healy Dougherty served as president of the White Plains campus of Berkeley College from 1991 to 1995. In January 1996, she was appointed senior vice president of academic affairs at Berkeley College in New York City. She was named provost there in 2005

Patsy L. Ruchala is the new dean of the Orvis School of Nursing at the University of Nevada, Reno, and Eva Skuka was appointed dean of the School of Health Studies at Berkeley College, which operates eight campuses in the New York City metropolitan area.
Elana Zolfo was appointed dean of the Larry I. Luing School of Business at Berkeley College and Sonica Reagins-Lilly was named dean of students and vice president for student affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
Beth M. Castiglia had been serving as dean of the Larry L. Luing School of Business at Berkeley College. She is the former dean of the School of Business of Felican University in Lodi, New Jersey.
