Erika A. Ramalho was appointed director of community and government relations at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. Previously, she was director and site administrator for PA CareerLink of Erie County. Before that, she was public liaison for the Erie County Executive’s Office.
Ramalho is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in public administration.
Johanna Bond, professor of law and the Ethan Allen Faculty Fellow at the Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, was named associate dean for academic affairs at the law school. Her research focuses on gender issues and the law as well as on international human rights issues.
Before joining the faculty at Washington and Lee, Professor Bond taught at the law schools at the University of Wyoming and Georgetown University. She is a graduate of Colorado College and the University of Minnesota Law School. She also holds a master’s degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Joy Pugh was promoted to director of the College Advising Corps at the University of Virginia. She has been serving as assistant dean of students for housing and residence life. The College Advising Corps works with high school guidance counselors to recruit students to the University of Virginia.
Pugh is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte. She earned a master’s degree from James Madison University.

Dr. Weeden joined the Cornell faculty in 1999. She previously taught at the University of Chicago. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Stanford University.

Dr. Hough holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from North Dakota State University. She earned a doctorate in transportation technology and policy at the University of California at Davis.

De Ritter holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Boston University and is currently completing doctoral work at Northeastern University.

Moore is a graduate of Berea College in Kentucky. She holds a master’s degree from Virginia Tech.
