Cigdem Talgar was appointed vice provost for education at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She was associate vice chancellor in the educational innovation division at Northeastern University in Boston. She had been on the staff there for nearly a decade. Earlier, she taught at Montclair State University.
Dr. Talgar is a graduate of the University of Toronto. She holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in psychology from New York University.
Stacey Bradley is the leader of the new Office of Organizational Excellence and Effectiveness at the University of South Carolina. Bradley has worked at the university for almost 22 years in a variety of roles, including senior associate vice president for student affairs and, for the past several months, interim vice president of development.
A licensed CPA, Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business.
Ahyana King is the new interim director of the Office of Race and Ethnicity Education at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. She previously worked at Haverford in 2020–2021, directing what was then known as the Women’s Center.
King earned a bachelor’s degree in human development and family science from Messiah University in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Walden University.

Armstrong received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Tech University and an MBA in strategic management from the University of North Texas.

McCarrel earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She holds a master’s degree in strategic communications from Regent University in Virginia Beach.

Kenber holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in human resources/organizational development from Drexel University in Philadelphia
