Northeast College of Health Sciences announced that Anne E. Killen has been promoted to provost and vice president of academic affairs at Northeast College of Health Sciences in Seneca Falls, New York.
According to the most recent data from the U.S. Department of Education, Northeast College of Health Sciences enrolls just under 600 students, all in graduate programs. Women make up 50 percent of the student body.
Dr. Killen has been with Northeast College since 2017, when she joined as vice president of academic affairs. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the public and private sectors of management, higher education administration, and supervision. Before coming to Northeast, she was associate vice president of the Center for Professional Studies and an assistant professor of management at Keuka College in New York.
“As Northeast moves toward the addition of new academic programs and overall growth, I’m confident that Dr. Killen’s strong vision and rich experience will continue to lead our college into a successful future,” said Northeast College President Michael Mestan.
Dr. Killen is a graduate of Keuka College. She holds a master’s degree in adult education from Elmira College in New York and a doctorate of management degree from the University of Maryland.
